Common use of Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Infrastructure. 8.1 The Intermediary warrants that it shall, at all times for the duration of this Agreement, have the necessary Infrastructure, governance, risk management systems, information technology systems and internal control systems in place as required in terms of the Applicable Laws in order to render the Services on behalf of the Insurer. 8.2 The Intermediary shall have an Infrastructure which is able to integrate with the infrastructure of the Insurer to the extent that it allows to the Insurer unrestricted access of up to date, accurate and complete Insurer Data maintained and Processed by the Intermediary in the performance of the Services. 8.3 The Intermediary must ensure that its Infrastructure is capable of electronically sharing all data necessary for compliance with the Applicable Law.
