Infringement by a Product or Process. Should any Commercial Product or process related to the fractionation of Plasma be found to infringe any third party intellectual property rights and such infringement negatively impacts HQ or creates liability for HQ, Supplier shall, in addition to the indemnity provided in Section 16.3, in respect to each infringing Product or process:
