Infringement by GTA Sample Clauses

Infringement by GTA. In the event GTA infringes upon or misappropriates the intellectual property of Service Provider with respect to any item used by Service Provider to provide the Services or which is provided by Service Provider to GTA under this MSA, GTA will, without limiting any other rights and remedies Service Provider may have under this MSA, and at law or equity, be liable for any costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by Service Provider as a result of such infringement or misappropriation.
