Infringement of ALNYLAM Rights. (a) Each Party will promptly report in writing to the other Party during the Term any known or suspected infringement by a third party of any of the ALNYLAM Patent Rights of which such Party becomes aware, as such infringement relates to Research, Development or Commercialization of Licensed RNAi Products in the Field directed to the Target (a “Licensed Rights Infringement”) and will provide the other Party with all available evidence supporting such Licensed Rights Infringement.
