Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights by Third Parties. As soon as practicable after Closing, Jifen shall use its best efforts to (i) cause the WeChat public account by the name of “深圳趣头条” to cease operations, and (ii) establish a system to search and monitor any infringements of the Intellectual Property owned or used by the Group on social networks by any Person.
