Common use of Infringement of Joint Patent Rights Clause in Contracts

Infringement of Joint Patent Rights. With respect to any notice of a Third Party infringer of any Joint Patent Right other than a Patent Right included in the Joint Program Technology or Joint TAP Platform Improvements, the Parties shall meet as soon as reasonably practicable to discuss such infringement and determine an appropriate course of action and the Parties’ respective rights and responsibilities with respect to any enforcement thereof.
