Infringement of Licensed Products. LICENSEE shall take reasonable steps to xxxxx any infringement of LICENSEE's copyrights and trademarks in the Licensed Products. LICENSEE shall also take all reasonable and necessary steps, including legal action, to defend against any alleged infringement caused by any of LICENSEE's software programs developed under this Agreement or any Artwork, title or designation used in conjunction with any of the Licensed Products. NINTENDO shall give to LICENSEE reasonable assistance and cooperation in any such legal action, but at no expense to NINTENDO.
