Common use of Infringement of Local Laws Clause in Contracts

Infringement of Local Laws. That no suit is pending in the Municipal Magistrate's Court or any other Court of Law in respect of the Property nor has the Borrowers been served with any Notice for infringing the provisions of the Municipal Act or any Act relating to the local bodies or Gram Panchayat or Local Authorities or with any other process under any of these Acts.
