Infringement Procedures. 6.1. In the event that the User becomes aware of any unauthorized use, infringement or threatened infringement of the DBYD Marks; or any third party alleges or claims that any of the DBYD Marks infringe another party's rights; the User must immediately notify the AADBYDS, in writing, giving particulars of the unathorized use or infringement, and provide all information and assistance to the AADBYDS as required for the AADBYDS to defend its rights.
