Inhaled Option. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Liquidia hereby grants to GSK an exclusive option, exercisable at GSK’s sole discretion, to obtain the Inhaled License described in Section 5.2(b) (the “Inhaled Option”).
