Inhalers and Documentation. As soon as practicable after the Effective Date, but in any event within [***] after the Effective Date, Alkermes shall ship to Corregidor any Inhalers and Documentation not already located at the Manufacturing Facility. Corregidor shall be responsible for all costs incurred, including freight, transportation and insurance, in connection with the shipment of the Inhalers and Documentation. Likewise, Corregidor shall bear the risk of loss for such Inhalers and Documentation upon delivery of such Inhalers and Documentation to Corregidor’s common carrier by Alkermes.
