The Administrative Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent in the case of Base Rate Advances irrevocable notice by telephone not later than 11:00 a.m. (Atlanta, Georgia time) on the Business Day of such Base Rate Advance and shall immediately confirm any such telephone notice with a written Request for Advance; provided, however, that the failure by the Administrative Borrower to confirm any notice by telephone with a written Request for Advance shall not invalidate any notice so given.
