Common use of Initial Board Designees Clause in Contracts

Initial Board Designees. Simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Company and the Board shall take such actions as necessary to cause the Board to consist of ten members, four vacancies to exist on the Board, and to cause four Holder Designees to fill such vacancies on the Board created pursuant to the terms of the Stock Purchase Agreement.
