Common use of Initial Budget Clause in Contracts

Initial Budget. To initially fund the budget for this Activity Agreement, the Activity Participants agree to contribute a total of $ according to the Participation Percentages referenced in Section 10 below and described in Exhibit “B” to this Activity Agreement.

Initial Budget. To initially fund the budget for this Activity Agreement, the Activity Participants agree to contribute a total of $ $1,000,000 according to the Participation Percentages referenced in Section 10 below and described in Exhibit “B” to this Activity Agreement. This initial budget amount will be used, among other purposes, to reimburse the Authority for costs paid to support the Reservoir Expansion Project from March 1, 20223 onward using funds from the Authority’s Fiscal Year 2023 Leg/Ops budget.

Initial Budget. To initially fund the budget for this Activity Agreement, the Activity Participants agree to contribute a total of $ according to $51,447.82 in equal shares. In the Participation Percentages referenced in Section 10 below and described in Exhibit “B” to event the Activity Participants have contributed initial funding for purposes of the Activity Agreement through a separate form of agreement, then the amounts paid under such agreement shall be credited against the initial costs for all Activity Participants required by this Activity AgreementSection, with appropriate adjustments for any overpayments.

In the event the Activity AgreementParticipants have contributed initial funding for purposes of the Activity Agreement through a separate form of agreement, then the amounts paid under such agreement shall be credited against the initial costs for all Activity Participants required by this Section, with appropriate adjustments for any overpayments.
