Common use of Initial Capital Contributions of Additional Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Initial Capital Contributions of Additional Limited Partners. Midland Development Group, Inc. and certain of its affiliated entities and PP Center Limited have contributed property to the Partnership which shall be deemed to have been contributed by their respective equity owners as Additional Limited Partners. Such Additional Limited Partners who have not exercised a Redemption Right with respect to all their Units are set forth on Exhibit A, together with their respective number of Units and their respective Percentage Interests.
