Common use of Initial Capital Contributions of Owners Clause in Contracts

Initial Capital Contributions of Owners. The Depositor shall make an initial Capital Contribution in the amount of one dollar ($1) upon execution of this Agreement. Upon their accession to this Agreement as Owners and the issuance of Trust Certificates to them in accordance with Section 3.01(a), the Owners will be deemed to have made initial Capital Contributions in the amounts set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
