INITIAL CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE PARTNERS. Each of the Partners shall contribute cash or other property to the Partnership in the amount set forth as the Initial Capital Contribution of such Partner on Schedule 1 attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
