Common use of Initial Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

Initial Capital Contributions. (a) The Partners have made, on or prior to the date hereof, Capital Contributions and, in exchange, the Partnership has issued to the Partners the number of Class A Units as specified in the books and records of the Partnership. (b) Upon issuance by the Partnership of Class A Units to the Partners pursuant to the First Amended and Restated Agreement, the interests in the Partnership as provided in the First Amended and Restated Agreement and under the Act held by Blackstone Holdings I/II Limited Partner L.L.C. were cancelled.
