Initial Capital Contributions. Each Member shall make the initial capital contribution described for that Member on Schedule A (the "Initial Capital Contribution") at the time such Member becomes a Member hereunder and in cash or (in the case of new Members admitted pursuant to Section 7.4) on such other terms as shall be specified by the existing Members. No Member shall have the right to withdraw or be repaid any capital contribution except as provided in this Agreement.
