Common use of Initial CBA Clause in Contracts

Initial CBA. The Buyer shall have executed and delivered, or caused to be executed and delivered, to the Sellers the Initial CBA with respect to the portion of the Business conducted in the applicable Interim Closing Territory.

Initial CBA. The Buyer Each of the Sellers (as applicable) shall have executed and delivered, or caused to be executed and delivered, to the Sellers Buyer the Initial CBA with respect to the portion of the Business conducted in the applicable Interim Closing Territory.
