Common use of INITIAL CLEANUP SERVICES Clause in Contracts

INITIAL CLEANUP SERVICES. At the request of ODOT, and prior to commencement of the Services, an inspection of the premises will be jointly conducted by Contractor and the ODOT On-Site Coordinator or designee. A determination will be made as to initial cleanup Services, if any, required to place the facility in a condition of cleanliness mutually acceptable to both parties. An initial cleanup fee, based on a time and materials charge, shall be submitted to the ODOT On-Site Coordinator for approval prior to the start of this work. Work shall not begin until notification to proceed is given. Upon completion of the work, Contractor shall forward a separate itemized invoice to the ODOT On-Site Coordinator. All Cleanup Services must be completed within 30 calendar days following issuance of the Contract.
