Initial Closing Date; Property Closing Dates; Acquisition Advances; Construction Advances. The Construction Agent shall deliver to the Agent a requisition (a “Requisition”), in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A or in such other form as is reasonably satisfactory to the Agent in connection with (a) the Transaction Expenses and other fees, expenses and disbursements payable, pursuant to Sections 7.1 and 7.2, by the Lessor and (b) each Acquisition Advance pursuant to

The Construction Agent shall deliver to the Agent a requisition (a “Requisition”), in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit EXHIBIT A or in such other form as is reasonably satisfactory to the Agent Agent, in its reasonable discretion, in connection with (a) the Transaction Expenses and other fees, expenses and disbursements payable, pursuant to Sections 7.1 and 7.2Section 7.1, by the Lessor and (b) each Acquisition Advance pursuant toto Section 5.3 and (c) each Construction Advance pursuant to Section 5.4.
