Initial Collateral Agent. The role of Collateral Agent with respect to the Underlying Instruments shall be conducted by the Person designated as Collateral Agent hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 7.1. Until the Administrative Agent shall give Deutsche Bank a Collateral Agent Termination Notice, Deutsche Bank is hereby appointed as, and hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Collateral Agent pursuant to the terms hereof.
