Common use of Initial Collateral Custodian Clause in Contracts

Initial Collateral Custodian. The role of collateral custodian with respect to the Required Asset Documents shall be conducted by the Person designated as Collateral Custodian hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 8.1.
