Common use of Initial Cure Period Clause in Contracts

Initial Cure Period. If Licensor becomes aware that Licensee is not complying with any Control Specifications, Licensor shall notify Licensee in writing, setting forth, in reasonable detail, a written description of the noncompliance and any suggestions for curing such noncompliance. Licensee shall then have twenty (20) days after receipt of such notice (the "Initial Cure Period") to correct or submit to Licensor a written plan to correct such noncompliance.
