Common use of Initial Custodian Clause in Contracts

Initial Custodian. The role of Custodian with respect to the Collateral Loans shall be conducted by the Person designated as Custodian hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 14.01. Until the Administrative Agent shall give to U.S. Bank National Association a Custodian Termination Notice, U.S. Bank National Association is hereby appointed as, and hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Custodian pursuant to the terms hereof.
