Initial Deposit of Shares. Each Stockholder hereby deposits in trust with the Trustees all of the LT10 Shares and LT50 Shares Beneficially Owned by such Person. The Company shall reflect in its stock ledger that the Trust holds such Shares. The Trustees shall hold the Shares so deposited in trust, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
