Initial Deposits to Replacement Reserve Account and Repairs Escrow Account. On the Effective Date, Borrower shall pay to Lender: (1) the Initial Replacement Reserve Deposit for deposit into the Replacement Reserve Account; and (2) the Repairs Escrow Deposit for deposit into the Repairs Escrow Account.
