Initial Designated Foreign Borrowers. Effective as of the date hereof, Vertex Europe and Vertex Ireland shall each be a “Designated Foreign Borrower” hereunder and may receive Loans and have Letters of Credit issued for its account as a Designated Foreign Borrower on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
