Initial Development Plans And Initial Development Program Budget For Existing Products. Neither Party shall be obligated to incur costs for any activities, except for those set forth herein, unless and until (a) such study/activity is approved by the JSC, or (b) is included in a Development Plan approved by the JSC pursuant to Section 3.3(b) of the Agreement. All costs submitted for reimbursement by the Parties must be demonstrably related to the activities specified in this draft Development Plan.
