Common use of Initial Employment Term Clause in Contracts

Initial Employment Term. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and will continue for a period of one (1) year or until either Party terminates the Agreement in accordance with Section 5 hereof (the “Initial Employment Term”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall limit or restrict the Parties extending the Initial Employment Term, provided such extension is memorialized in writing by the Parties.
