(a) Subject to adjustment as herein set forth in this agreementforth, from and after the Separation Time and prior to the Expiration Time, each Right will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share for the Exercise Price (which Exercise Price and number of Common Shares are subject to adjustment as set forth below). Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any Rights held by the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries shall be void.

Initial Exercise Price; Exercise of Rights; Detachment of Rights. (a) Subject to adjustment as set forth in this agreement, from and after the Separation Time Date and prior to the Expiration TimeDate, each Right will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share for the Exercise Price (which Exercise Price and number of Common Shares are purchase, subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth below)provided herein, one two-hundredth (1/200) of a Series A Preferred Share at the Exercise Price.
