Initial Fee. In consideration of the license granted to Licensee under Section 2.1, Licensee shall issue to Licensor 10,000 shares of Common Stock of Licensee pursuant to that certain Dimension Therapeutics, Inc. Common Stock Purchase Agreement of even date herewith.
