Common use of Initial Fee Clause in Contracts

Initial Fee. SPV shall be entitled to an initial fee of [(pound)17,500] (together with VAT thereon) in consideration of the services provided by it under this Agreement, payment of which shall be made on the Ninth Issuer Closing Date.
