Initial Guaranty Amount i. As of the Effective Date, Guarantor guarantees to SWEPI the Obligations up to Two Hundred Million U.S. Dollars (U.S. $200,000,000.00) of the Obligations (“Initial Guaranty Amount”).
ii. Effective on the completion of the Olympia System “Gathering System Completion Date” (defined in Section 5.1 of the South GGA), the Initial Guaranty Amount shall decrease to become Fifty Million U.S. Dollars (U.S. $50,000,000.00) until this Guaranty terminates.
Initial Guaranty Amount.
