Common use of INITIAL HERE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL HERE. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary herein, the Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel this Agreement by written notice to the Seller if the Seller fails to pass transfer of the Property into the name of the Purchaser within a period of 30 (thirty) months from the Signature Date, in which event the Purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the Reservation Deposit and other amounts (if applicable) as contemplated in clause 24 below.
