Initial Incentive Equity Grant Sample Clauses
Initial Incentive Equity Grant. On or as soon as reasonably practicable following the Effective Date (but in no event later than 30 days following the Effective Date), the Executive shall be granted incentive equity awards in accordance with the management incentive plan term sheet attached as Exhibit B hereto.
