All information owned by Global BioLife relating to the Licensed Compound in connection with the Field has been made available to Prophase prior to the Effective Date or is publicly available from the USPTO web site (wxx.xxxxx.xxx). Further information related to the Licensed Compounds is believed to be available from GRDG and Global BioLife has requested that GRDG share all such information with Prophase.
