Initial Installation. Customer agrees to purchase equipment from JTS. JTS warrants that technical, consulting, or installation service(s) furnished pursuant to this proposal shall be performed by trained and qualified personnel and shall, where applicable, meet the Customers specifications and/or the manufacturers or industries standards of workmanship and quality. This warranty shall be in effect for a period of one year from initial installation. Any service found, during the warranty period, to be nonconforming to the above stated warranty shall at JTS expense be re-performed to meet the warranty requirements. Any technical service or consultation performed beyond the scope of the initial proposal will be provided at prevailing time and material rates.
Initial Installation. As soon as practicable after the Effective --------------------- Date, Provider shall install the Infrastructure, as hereafter defined, in each Complex. The exact configuration of the Infrastructure for each complex shall be determined by Provider based upon the factors unique to each Complex, including but not limited to, the construction style, size, existing data and telecommunications systems and Complex amenities. Provider shall provide Owner with a description of the system to be installed. It is anticipated that this process will take thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days.
Initial Installation. “Initial Installation” has the meaning given that term in Section 2.1.2.
Initial Installation. FGT shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs, liabilities, and risks associated with the purchase, design, construction, and installation at the Premises of the Compressor Motor Facilities prior to the Start Date.

Within a reasonable time after VERISITY has received from Licensee an executed copy of this Agreement, VERISITY will deliver to Licensee the Licensed Program and the Documentation. Licensee will install the Licensed Program on the designated computer in accordance with the standard installation procedures set forth in the Documentation.

Superion shall deliver to Customer the initial Copies of the Solution stated on the Order by supplying such initial Copies (a) by physical shipment, such as on a disc or other media, or (b) by electronic delivery, such as by posting it on Superion’s network for downloading. Physical shipment is on F.O.B. terms, Superion’s shipping point and electronic delivery is deemed effective at the time Superion provides Customer with access to download the Solution. The date of such delivery shall be referred to as the “Delivery Date.”

FIS shall deliver to Client the initial Copies of the Solution stated in the Order by supplying such initial Copies: (a) by physical shipment, such as on a disc or other media; or (b) by electronic delivery, such as by posting it on FIS’ network for downloading. Physical shipment is on F.O.B. terms, FIS’ shipping point and electronic delivery is deemed effective at the time FIS provides Client with access to download the Solution. The date of such delivery shall be referred to as the “Delivery Date.”
Initial Installation. If ESC is contracted for installation, physical installation, removal of packing material and initial setup of Equipment will be performed by ECS at the location designated by Buyer. ESC will only provide electrical whip termination, water connection to ice makers from a Buyer supplied shut-off, and a drain line to an air-break. The Buyer is responsible to ensure designated location meets manufacturer’s requirements and the provisions of Section 2g. Buyer will bear all cost and expense for any additional necessities required for installation location to meet manufacturer’s requirements, such as plumbing and electrical. Xxxxx also acknowledges the absence of such may materially delay any installation.
Initial Installation. Licensee's initial installation of Equipment at a Site shall be subject to Licensor's review to determine Licensee's compliance with Licensor's structural, engineering, environmental and legal requirements as well as the standards set forth in Exhibit "L" hereto. Licensor shall act as project manager and shall provide initial installation services to Licensee pursuant to a mutually agreed upon Scope of Work and in accordance with the standards described in Exhibit "L". The parties agree, notwithstanding Licensor's project management requirements, that all construction will be completed by a licensed construction contractor under Licensor's supervision. Initial Installation. If ECS is contracted for installation, physical installation, removal of packing material and initial setup of Equipment will be performed by ECS (or ECS designated subcontractors) at the location designated by Buyer. The Buyer is responsible to ensure the designated location meets the manufacturer’s requirements. Buyer acknowledges the absence of a proper site environment may materially delay installation. Should ECS attempt initial installation and find the site unsuitable, the Buyer recognizes and agrees to pay for subsequent additional installation labor.
