Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms.
b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage.
c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders.
e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims.
f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc.
g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations
h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).
Construction Management Services. If Owner engages Pinnacle to oversee Project Improvements, over and above routine maintenance, such improvements shall be performed under a separate written agreement. Owner agrees to pay Pinnacle five percent (5%) of the total cost of the improvements for overseeing the improvement project to completion
Construction Management Services. 7.01 In the event WESTERN authorizes CONSULTANT to perform construction management services for WESTERN, CONSULTANT may determine, in the course of providing such services, that a Change Order should be issued to a third party construction CONSULTANT, or CONSULTANT may receive a request for a Change Order from the third party construction CONSULTANT. CONSULTANT shall, upon receipt of any requested Change Order, or upon gaining knowledge of a condition, event or accumulation of events which may necessitate issuing a Change Order to the third party construction CONSULTANT, promptly consult with WESTERN. No Change Order shall be issued or executed without the prior approval of WESTERN.

Construction Management Services. Manager shall act as construction manager with respect to the construction of any leasehold improvements within the Premises if requested by either Owner or the applicable tenant. With respect thereto Manager shall:
(a) Evaluate and report the existing conditions of the base building.
(b) Prepare preliminary budgets and schedules.
(c) Review and assist in the coordination of leasehold improvements design drawings.
(d) Conduct pre-bid meetings.
(e) Evaluate bids and make recommendations of the award of contracts.
(f) Conduct construction progress meetings. Evaluate ongoing schedules and the quality of workmanship and adherence of work to contract documents, specifications and drawings.
(g) Evaluate and verify accuracy of monthly construction draw requests.
(h) Assist architect in reviewing shop drawings.
(i) Direct architect/engineers to create punchlist.
(j) Coordinate with building management the use of the service elevator, the need for temporary utilities and loading docks.
Construction Management Services. Consultant will provide project management and construction management services for civil infrastructure projects and other City projects as provided in a Task Order. Each Task Order will include a not-to-exceed fee for all time, materials, and costs permitted to be incurred for that Task Order. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that the City is not required to request that Consultant provide any Required Services per a Task Order under this Agreement. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that it is not entitled to any compensation under this Agreement until such time that it has provided Required Services as explicitly authorized and approved by the City in accordance with a Task Order and this Agreement.
Construction Management Services. Manager shall order labor and materials and provide the associated supervision and direction ("Construction Management Services") for the installation of such renovations, improvements and/or alterations to the building site, common areas or tenant's premises as may be required by the terms of any lease with such tenant. Further, Manager shall, at the cost and expense of Owner as approved by Owner in advance, provide labor and materials, through contractors approved in writing by Owner, to perform such work. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Manager shall provide the services of its regional engineers to assist Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and five (5) year projections at no additional expense to Owner. Further, to the extent approved in writing by Owner, on a project by project basis, Owner agrees to reimburse Manager for the cost of Owner's use of Manager's regional engineers calculated utilizing an hourly rate of the engineer's base salary multiplied by a factor of 1.30 plus all direct reasonable travel and out of pocket expenses.
Construction Management Services. Article 3 of the Omnibus Agreement is hereby amended and restated as follows: In the event the MLP expands the Gathering System or constructs a new addition to the Gathering System, whether pursuant to Article 2 or otherwise, the Resource Entities agree to cause a wholly-owned corporate subsidiary of Atlas Operating to provide to the MLP oversight of construction management in connection with any such expansion as requested by the MLP. The MLP shall pay all third party construction costs related to any such expansion directly to the service provider for the construction services related thereto.
Construction Management Services. Construction Management Services means the comprehensive construction and management services to be provided to TFC by CMR as specified in this Contract.
Construction Management Services. Consultant shall provide these construction management services.
