Common use of Initial Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Initial Interconnection. a) Upon satisfactory completion of the review process and execution of this Agreement, the Cooperative will begin installation of the interconnection of DG facilities. The interconnection will be completed as soon as practical after completion of the review process and execution of the necessary agreements and contracts. After completion of interconnection requirements and prior to initiation of service, the Cooperative will conduct a final inspection of the facilities and interconnection to the Cooperative’s system. Upon satisfactory final inspection, the Cooperative will initiate service to the Member.
