Initial Limited Partner Units. On the Mandatory Conversion Date, all Class B Units will be canceled. Following this cancellation and the transactions described in the foregoing subsections of this Section 4.6, all remaining Class A Units held by the Initial Limited Partner will be automatically converted into an equal number of Common Units.
