Initial obligations of the Company. 5. (1) The Company shall keep the State fully informed as to the progress and results of its field and office geological, geotechnical, engineering, environmental, heritage, marketing and finance studies and other matters necessary to enable it and any Co-Proponent to finalise and to submit the proposals referred to in Clause 6 in respect of the first project of the type of Project 1, the first project of the type of Project 2 and the first project of the type of Project 3 and shall report in writing thereon to the State at quarterly intervals or such longer periods as may be approved by the Minister.
