Initial Organization and Offering Expenses. (i) The Advisor has agreed to pay, on behalf of the Company, all Organization and Offering Expenses (less Selling Commissions and Distribution Fees) (the “Initial O&O Costs”) through the first anniversary of the date on which the Company satisfies the minimum offering requirement for the Initial Public Offering (the “Escrow Break Anniversary”).
