Initial Partner Interests. Prior to the date hereof, the General Partner has been admitted as the General Partner of the Partnership, and the Limited Partner made certain Capital Contributions to the Partnership in exchange for an interest in the Partnership and has been admitted as a Limited Partner of the Partnership.
