Initial Partners. The Partners who have subscribed their names to this Agreement and to the subscription sheet and other incorporation documents as filed or to be filed with the Registrar, shall be deemed to have become partners of the LLP with effect from the date and time of the incorporation under the LLP Act, 2008.
