Common use of Initial Payment Date Clause in Contracts

Initial Payment Date. For purposes of this Agreement, the "Initial Payment Date" shall be the first business day following the expiration of your right to revoke the execution of this Agreement in accordance with paragraph 2(d) of Exhibit 5 (Employee Release) of this Agreement (which period of permitted revocation is seven days from the date of execution of this Agreement, as set forth in such paragraph 2(d)).
