Initial Percentage Interest. Upon their admission to the Company, the Members shall own the number and class of Membership Units and the corresponding Percentage Interests in the Company as set forth on Exhibit “A” attached hereto.

Initial Percentage Interest. Each Members’ ownership interests in the Company shall be represented by units (“Units”). The number of Units that each Member holds in the Company is set forth on Exhibit A. The Board of Managers shall have the authority to amend Exhibit A from time to time as necessary to reflect any increases or reductions in the number of Units held by each Member and their Percentage Interest in the Company in accordance with this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Percentage Interest” with respect to each Member as of any time of determination, means a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the number of Units held by such Member, and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Units held by all Members.
