Initial Plans Approved Sample Clauses

Initial Plans Approved. By entering into this Agreement, Lessor approves for purposes of this Agreement only, the design of the Lessee’s Improvements comprising the Project 14056785-V2 Scottsdale No. 2016-014-COS to the extent their design is set forth in the Site Plan and other exhibits to this Agreement that show compliance with Lessor’s design requirements for Lessee’s Improvements. For purposes of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s initial Project construction, said approval satisfies the requirement under this Agreement that Lessee obtain Lessor’s approval of plans to the extent of matters shown in the Site Plan and other exhibits. However, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must still submit to Lessor and obtain ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s approval of matters not shown on the Site Plan and other exhibits, and changes, modifications, refinements and particular implementations of matters that are shown on the Site Plan and other exhibits.
