Initial Press Release. The Parties shall issue a mutually approved, initial press release promptly after the Effective Date. The Parties agree that this press release shall be in the form of the press release attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C.

Initial Press Release. Notwithstanding Section 11.3 below, the Parties have agreed on an initial press release of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Initial Press Release”). The Initial Press Release may be issued or used by each Party individually or by the Parties jointly on or after the Effective Date. Thereafter, each Party may disclose the information contained in such press release without need for further approval by the other.

Initial Press Release. The proposed public announcements by Sutro and by Merck of the execution of this Agreement is set forth on Schedule 9.5(a) hereto.

Initial Press Release. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Parties shall each separately issue a press release announcing the execution of this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1 or Exhibit F-2 attached hereto, as applicable, and PEI may also issue a translation in the Chinese language of the form of press release attached as Exhibit F-2.

Initial Press Release. The Parties shall mutually agree upon the timing and content of any initial press release or other public announcement relating to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein.

Initial Press Release. Licensor may, but is not obligated to, make a public announcement of the execution of this Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit 7.5.1 to this Agreement, which will be issued at a time to be mutually agreed by the Parties no later than [***] after the Effective Date.
